Project information

Nghi Son 2 Power Limited Liability Company (NS2PC) is owned by three shareholders of Korea Electric Power Corporation (50%),  Marubeni Corporation (Japan - 40%) and Tohoku Electric Power Co., Inc (Japan - 10%) incorporated under the Law on Enterprise of Vietnam.

To build Nghi Son 2 BOT Thermal Power Plant, with a net capacity of 1,200 MW, producing 7.8 billion kwh per year, supplying electricity for over 6 million households; After 25 years of operation, NS2PC will hand over the plant to Viet Nam Electricity.
