NS2PC Hands over of Paved Yard to Tinh Hai Primary School

Hai Binh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province, December 9, 2025 – Nghi Son 2 Power Limited Liability Company (NS2PC) has officially handed over 805 square meters of paved schoolyard to Tinh Hai Primary School, continuing its support for educational infrastructure to help improve teaching and learning quality in the locality.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Watanabe Yasuaki, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NS2PC, expressed his honor in visiting the school for the first time and meeting energetic, cheerful students along with the dedicated and friendly teachers.

He emphasized:

“NS2PC is honored to contribute to the improvement of the school’s facilities, helping enhance the quality of education. The equipment we have donated over the years is still being effectively utilized, which makes me truly appreciative. This demonstrates the school’s responsibility toward NS2PC’s gifts and its commitment to nurturing future generations. The efforts of all parties continue to reinforce the relationship of ‘Trusted Partners, Responsible Neighbors’ built and upheld across generations.”

On this occasion, he extended heartfelt thanks to the teachers for their dedication in caring for and educating the children of NS2PC’s staff and engineers.

“The joy of the children when coming to school is thanks to your hard work, enabling their parents to confidently and safely operate the Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant,” he shared.

Representing the local government, Mr. Nguyễn Minh Tân, Vice Chairman of Hai Binh Ward People’s Committee, acknowledged and thanked NS2PC for its contributions to education development through the provision of teaching equipment for various school levels and scholarships for disadvantaged students.

He commended the teachers for responsibly and effectively managing equipment provided by the state, by NS2PC, and by other sources, helping the school achieve many accomplishments in teaching and learning.

On behalf of the school, Ms. Lê Thị Mơ, Principal of Tinh Hai Primary School, conveyed her gratitude to the local authorities and NS2PC for their consistent support over the years.

She affirmed the school’s commitment to making the most of the donated equipment “so that every investment from your esteemed Company will blossom into excellent achievements in teaching and learning.”

Earlier, NS2PC had donated 50 sets of student desks and chairs, 12 sets for teachers, 18 magnetic smart boards, 8 Smart TVs, and 2 handwashing areas, contributing to the improvement of the school’s teaching facilities.
