NS2PC EVP: Studying hard is the key to opening the way to a bright future.

NS2PC EVP: Studying hard is the key to opening the way to a bright future.

“I am very honored to stand here, talk to you and know about your efforts in studying hard to overcome life difficulties. I really admire your efforts!

To be able to work for NS2PC, to live and explore your beautiful country, I also had to go through the process of studying hard since I was young like you are now.

Studying hard is the key to opening the way for us to step into a bright future. That is the reason why the commune authority, the Commune Education Promotion Association and NS2PC organize the annual NS2PC scholarship award ceremony to recognize and encourage the spirit of overcoming difficulties of the students.

I saw in Nghi Son Town and many other places that have street names, school names Dao Duy Tu and Luong Chi..., I did some research and found out that these famous people were born and raised in your hometown. During the Feudal period, the land of Ngoc Son in the past, Nghi Son today, had 8 people who passed the doctoral exam, and their names were recorded on the stele of Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam, it was truly a land of learning.

More than 400 years ago, Dao Duy Tu, his life of young time was probably not as good as ours today, but thanks to his great ambition, hard work in studying, he became a cultural celebrity, an outstanding politician and Brilliant military man of Vietnam, I really admire the son of Nghi Son, your hometown!

At this ceremony, we are honored to welcome your parents, although life is still difficult, their eyes and smiles are full of faith and hope in your overcoming difficulties. I would like to congratulate student’s parents for raising these excellent children.

NS2PC, your Nghi Son Economic Zone, provinces and cities of Vietnam, my Japan and other countries are waiting for your contributions in the future, thanks to your hard work from today!” Quoted from the speech of Mr. Yasuaki Watanabe, EVP/CFO of NS2PC at the NS2PC Scholarship Award Ceremony for 50 students who overcome difficulties and/or achieved excellent results of study in school year 2023 - 2024 in Hai Ha commune, November 23, 2024. On the same day, NS2PC also awarded scholarships to 80 students from Hai Thuong ward and Tinh Hai ward.

I hope that the students receiving NS2PC scholarships today will continue to promote the spirit of overcoming difficulties, flying high, reaching further, and further brightening our homeland. It is a great pride for our homeland, which Mr. Yasuaki Watanabe, a Japanese who has just come to Nghi Son to work for a short time, has known well and highly praised”, Mr. Ngo emphasized.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Huynh, Chairman of the People's Council of Hai Thuong Ward, said at the Ceremony, quoted: “The material value of the scholarship is not big, but the important thing here is the timely attention and encouragement of the Party Committees, authorities, and NS2PC to the students' learning and overcoming difficulties”.
