NS2PC Brings Clean Water to 3,655 Households!

“NS2PC is honored to bring joy and receive smiles from 3,655 households that NS2PC installed clean water pipes and meters for”, Mr. Michael W. Savidge, Execute Vice President of NS2PC, cum Plant General Manager of Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant could not hide his joy with the people at the Inauguration Ceremony and Handover of clean water pipes to 395 households in Lien Hai and Cao Bac villages, the main pipeline for Bac Hai village, Hai Thuong ward on December 26, 2024. Previously, NS2PC has installed clean water pipes to 3,260 households in Hai Ha commune and Hai Thuong ward.

“So happy! How can I not be happy when I have clean water at home? And I'm not the only one happy, the whole village is happy, so excited, kids!”. Quote from Ms. Dau Thi Thoa, Lien Hai village, when the leaders of NS2PC and Hai Thuong Ward People's Committee visited her family. She shared more about the hardships of digging wells to find water for daily use in the past, but the water source was still not guaranteed. Now that she is old, seeing clean water coming to her house, she is very happy!

Currently, 100% of households in Hai Ha commune and nearly 90% of households in Hai Thuong ward are using clean water from the water source of Binh Minh Clean Water Plant. (According to the report of Hai Ha Commune People's Committee and Hai Thuong Ward People's Committee).
