NS2PC is looking for candidates for an Senior Finance Officer as below:
I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Support FA General Manager, Treasurer Director, CFO, and CEO on finance matters.
- Manage loan agreement requirements: repayment control, interest calculation, reserves, and covenant compliance.
- Ensure compliance with project documentation and internal Compliance Checklist.
- Coordinate with departments, legal advisors, sponsors, lenders, and consultants on finance matters, including consent/waiver letters and query handling.
- Act as key contact with lenders, sponsors, SBV, and related stakeholders for financing and foreign loan/hedging matters.
- Review PRFs to ensure alignment with approved budget.
- Prepare financial reports (e.g., cash flow forecast) for Management.
- Assist in annual and revised budgeting.
- Arrange/extend working capital loans and liaise with banks and lenders.
- Support training on finance activities for team members.
- Perform periodic finance activities (monthly/quarterly/yearly) including budget and cash flow monitoring, fund allocation, cash collection (EVN/EPTC), escrow management, preparation of reports required under Loan Agreements, SBV reporting (USD conversion), Distribution Test, OM reports, Compliance Certificates, and other assigned finance tasks.
II. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- Experience in similar role, preferably in foreign-owned/project finance companies.
- Strong English communication (written & verbal) and computer skills.
- Good time management, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, professional working attitude.
- Proficiency in CMMS, BC, or other accounting software.
III. WORKING LOCATION.
- Location: Hanoi Office – Hanoi Lake View Building - 28 Thanh Nien, Tay Ho, Ha Noi
