[JOB OPENNING] EP/ASH TREATMENT FIELD OPERATOR

NS2PC is looking for candidates for a EP/ Ash Treatment Field Operator as below:

I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Perform safe and efficient operation of facilities, systems, and equipment from ESP/ASH outside the control room (ash conditioners, pneumatic/mechanical conveying systems, air compressors, SDCC, ESP ash removal systems).
  • Perform start-up, operation, and shutdown of equipment, systems, and plant as per approved procedures and ESP/ASH Control Board Operator direction.
  • Monitor ESP ash motors, hopper sequences, rapping performance, and TR output.
  • Troubleshoot dome valve operations for continuous ash removal.
  • Monitor and record local parameters; adjust for safe, efficient operation.
  • Perform sampling, testing, basic analysis; coordinate with other operators, maintenance, technical and lab personnel; maintain logs, take readings, change charts, clean equipment.
  • Observe, report, and correct operational or safety issues.
  • Perform equipment isolation per lockout/tagout procedures as authorized.
  • Report all maintenance activities to the ESP/ASH Control Room Operator.

II. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

  • Technical vocational degree is preferred.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in industrial environment; ash handling a plus.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills, good communication and interpersonal skills required.

III. WORKING LOCATION.

  • Location: Ha Bac Hamlet, Nghi Son Economic Zone, Hai Ha Commune, Nghi Son Town, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam
