[JOB OPENING] FGD WASTEWATER TREATMENT OPERATOR

NS2PC is looking for candidates for a FGD Wastewater Treatment Operator as below:

I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Safely and efficiently operate FGD wastewater treatment, electrochlorination plant, intake facility, sanitary system, and seawater monitoring systems.
• Start up, operate, and shut down equipment and systems per approved procedures.
• Monitor, report, and troubleshoot operational and safety issues.
• Perform authorized equipment isolation following lockout/tagout procedures.
• Respond to system upsets, identify root causes, apply corrective actions, and notify maintenance as needed.
• Maintain water quality within control limits and track daily chemical usage.
• Report maintenance activities and assist the Shift Leader with other assigned tasks.

II. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

• Technical vocational degree is preferred.
• At least 02 years’ experience in industrial environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills, good communication and interpersonal skills required.

Area and equipment of responsibility.

• Water Treatment Plant (SWRO, Chemical dosing, Demineralizers, potable water, BWRO)
• Wastewater Treatment Plant (Clarifier, Coagulation and Flocculation ponds, Oily Water Separator, air blowers, sludge transfer).
• Ammonia aeration system.
• Bulk chemical unloading and distribution.
• Condensate Polishing Plant.
• Chemical Dosing System.

III. WORKING LOCATION.

• Location: Ha Bac Hamlet, Nghi Son Economic Zone, Hai Ha Commune, Nghi Son Town, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.
