NS2PC was honored as "Typical Enterprise for Workers"
On the evening of June 12, 2024, Mr. Michael W. Savidge, Executive Vice President of NS2PC, Plant General Manager of Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant attended and received the Logo honoring "Typical Enterprise for Workers", which organized and awarded by Thanh Hoa Labor Federation.

NS2PC is honored to be one of 52 enterprises in Thanh Hoa province honored as "Typical Enterprise for Workers" in 2024.
As an FDI enterprise, since the day of establishment, NS2PC has always strictly applied the safety and security regimes according to Vietnamese and international standards (IFC).
The average salary of more 300 employees of NS2PC is 6 times greater than the regional minimum wage prescribed by the Government. Employees are paid by NS2PC for health insurance, periodic health checks, social insurance and unemployment insurance.... according to the law. NS2PC has housing complex and buses for workers to travel every day; Pay for lunch at the company for all employees.
In addition to fully paying taxes to the State according to regulations, NS2PC has been supporting the local community with more than 28 billion VND for socio-economic development and environmental protection beyond legal obligations through Corporate Social Responsibility program.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party’s Committee, acknowledged and praised the contributions of the business community and entrepreneurs and workers to the development of the province.
Especially, 52 businesses honored at the ceremony are prime model, demonstrating the dynamic and creative spirit of Thanh Hoa's businesses and entrepreneurs in the new era. He requested businesses and entrepreneurs to take advantage of their achievements, continue to be proactive and innovate to improve product quality, expand scale, and take care of life and welfare for workers.
