NS2PC Management Holds Dialogue with Employees

On December 23, 2025, in Thanh Hoa Province, NS2PC held a dialogue session between company management and employee representatives. The event highlighted the company’s commitment to maintaining safe and stable operations while continuing to enhance employee welfare and contribute to local community development.

The dialogue was chaired by Mr. Chung Kook Choi, President and CEO of NS2PC, together with Mr. Yasuaki Watanabe, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Michael W. Savidge, Executive Vice President & Plant General Manager, with the participation of the Executive Management Team, heads of functional departments, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, and employee representatives.

In 2025, NS2PC recorded several notable achievements, including planned electricity generation of 7.100 billion kWh, fulfilling its power supply commitments; surpassing three million safe man-hours; and maintaining a stable workforce, with approximately 70% local employees. The company also continued to invest in infrastructure and living facilities for employees.

In parallel with its business operations, NS2PC actively participated in local social welfare initiatives, including post-disaster recovery and community development programs in line with provincial policies, with total contributions amounting to VND 5 billion.

For its employees, NS2PC implements human resource policies in compliance with applicable labor regulations and corporate governance practices, including mandatory insurance coverage, periodic health check-ups, accommodation, transportation, and other welfare benefits. Compensation and allowances are paid on time and in line with operational conditions and local market practices. The company also provides ongoing training programs to enhance professional competence and work efficiency.

The NS2PC Trade Union continues to play its role in representing and supporting employees through various assistance activities and cultural and sports programs, contributing to employee engagement and cohesion.

In his remarks, Mr. Chung Kook Choi expressed appreciation for the dedication and responsibility demonstrated by employees in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the plant. Management also encouraged relevant departments to continue reviewing and proposing appropriate measures to further improve working and living conditions where necessary.

The Executive Management emphasized the importance of regular dialogue as a platform for listening to employee feedback and reaffirmed the company’s strong focus on strict compliance with safety regulations, aiming toward higher safety milestones in the future.
