Journey of Commitment – NS2PC Honors Its Employees

Thanh Hoa, January 22, 2026: At the 2025 Year-End Review Ceremony, NS2PC proudly honored 55 employees who have completed five years of dedicated service, along with four individuals who received the Outstanding Employee Award 2025.

On this special occasion, the Company also expressed its sincere appreciation to four leaders seconded from NS2PC’s investor companies, including KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation, Korea), Marubeni Corporation, and Tohoku Electric Power Co., Inc. (Japan). These leaders were assigned to key positions at NS2PC and have now successfully completed their missions.

The Long Service Award and Outstanding Employee Award, presented annually, represent a cherished tradition in NS2PC’s corporate culture. These awards mark important milestones in the journey of commitment between the Company and its employees, while honoring individuals who have distinguished themselves through professional excellence, a strong sense of responsibility, and outstanding contributions throughout the year.

On behalf of the NS2PC Management Board, Mr. Choi Chung Kook, President and Chief Executive Officer of NS2PC; Mr. Watanabe Yasuaki, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NS2PC; and Mr. Michael W. Savidge, Executive Vice President of NS2PC and Plant General Manager of Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant, expressed their sincere appreciation for the dedication and contributions of the award recipients, who have played an important role in the Company’s growth.

“Each individual is an essential link in the NS2PC organization, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant. Your names are closely connected with the development history of NS2PC,” emphasized Mr. Choi Chung Kook.

“Five years may seem like just a number, but for me, it is a very meaningful milestone in my life. I am proud to be a member of the NS2PC family,” shared Ms. Hoang Thi Ngoc Loan, a recipient of the Five-Year Long Service Award.

The experts seconded from the investor companies have now successfully completed their assignments at NS2PC and returned to their home countries. While they will continue to follow and support NS2PC from afar, their departure has been an emotional moment, as they cherish many fond memories from their time living and working in Vietnam, especially at NS2PC.

“I feel truly fortunate and happy to have worked with all of you and to have contributed together to the growth of NS2PC. Naturally, every farewell comes with a sense of longing. I will miss all of you — members of the NS2PC family,” shared Mr. Wajima Takuo.
