INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Subject: Provision of Manpower Supply Services
To: Reputable Manpower Service Providers
Nghi Son 2 Power Limited Liability Company (NS2PC) is pleased to invite qualified, experienced, and duly licensed manpower service providers to express their interest in providing the following service:
- Service Title: Provision of 24/7 Manpower Supply Services for the Nghi Son 2 BOT Thermal Power Plant
- Location: Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant – Nghi Son Economic Zone, Nghi Son Ward, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam
- Brief Scope: Supply of at least twenty (20) personnel working in shifts for a duration of twelve (12) months starting from November 2025. The contract may be extended depending on NS2PC’s operational needs and the contractor’s performance.
I. Required Documents (EOI Stage)
To facilitate initial screening and shortlisting, interested companies are requested to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) Letter along with their Basic Company Profile, including at least the following documents:
- Business Registration Certificate
(To demonstrate valid legal entity status) - Company Profile
- Address, phone, email, organization chart, and key contact person
- Experience in similar manpower services during the last 3 years
- Indicate client name, period, number of personnel supplied, and service description
- Summary of manpower capability
- e.g., total number of employees, available positions, personnel holding fire safety certificates (if any)
- Written confirmation that the company can mobilize qualified personnel within [xx] days after award
Shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in the next stage of the supplier selection process.
